Our postage costs include careful packaging to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition


We endeavour to ship all parcels within 48 hours of receiving all orders.  We ship Monday - Friday.  We will send email notification to you as soon as your items are shipped.

Although we would love to guarantee a delivery date, we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail postal delays.  The below information is guidance on delivery times:

UK 1 - 2 working days
EU 3 - 5 working days
Rest of the World 5 - 7 working days


Import Duties/Custom Fees

All products are shipped from the UK on an unpaid Delivery Duty basis.  International customers may, therefore, have to pay import duties or customs fees.  Please check your local legislation prior to placing an order with us, as Dotty's Den cannot be held responsible for any additional fees you need to pay.


Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Dotty's Den and we understand that, on occasion, it's difficult when shopping online to visualise what a product will actually look like when you receive it.

We offer a 14 working days cooling off period following the first working day after you receive your order.  Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays.  To cancel your order during this time, please email dottysden@outlook.com with your order number stating you wish to cancel.  The product must then be returned within 14 days at your own cost.  Dotty's Den products are your responsibility during this time period and they must be returned in the same condition as they were received including any original packaging.  If they are received in the same condition with all original packaging within the 14 days following the cancellation email, Dotty's Den will process your refund less postage costs.  If they are not received in the required condition within the same 14 days, then you will be liable to pay the full cost.

Personalised/Customised Products

Dotty's Den offer customisation and personalisation on some products.  These are not eligible for our returns policy as they were made to your specifications and cannot, therefore, be returned unless faulty.


Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care over packaging our products well at Dotty's Den and all items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch.  If a product does arrive faulty or damaged, please email us at dottysden@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photograph of the damaged item and your order number.  If it was damaged during transport, please include a photograph of the damaged packaging as well.

Faulty or damaged items must be returned to us and we will refund your postage costs and get a replacement sent out to you.
